I always find it best to defrost and dry out frozen blueberries before using them in this recipe, pancakes, breads, etc. The only thing I would do differently is to chop my walnuts smaller. I never know what the calorie intake is when I make something. I purposely also mashed the banana into the oats since I’m not a huge banana lover, but I do enjoy it in baked goods for the sweetness.
