In my number 1 spot I have a deck that I feel will be so good in the budget catagory that I almost put it on my meta list, this deck is Dino's. Master Rule 5 just absolutely opens up the floodgates on this deck, making you have an absolutely unchecked time spamming crazy strong fusion monsters such as Winda and Construct while abusing crazy powerful spells like Super Poly, Invocation and Shaddoll Fusion.
