Well the replacement came and we decided to give it more time this time around, yet TEN days later, the mattress expanded a little bit more than the first, but still expanded more in the middle, and maybe 8 inches at one end and 5 inches at the other end. Directions say to let it expand for 24 hours, well we let it sit in our guest room for 4 days and it only expanded 7 inches in the middle, and abiut 4 inches at the head and foot of the bed.
